SPHERE Consortium :
The Consortium ‘SPHERE’ (Support and Promotion for Higher Education reform Experts) is an initiative steered by the European Commission and implemented by it’s Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture. It consists of the University of Barcelona (as Coordinator) and the European University Association (EUA).
SPHERE will provide training and networking for HEREs and NEOs in countries neighboring the EU between January 2015 and December 2017.
